Delivery Cost |
The cost of
delivering your order is calculated by the weight of the
package. The exact price is indicated on the Shopping
Cart.
Unless you advise
otherwise, your order will be mailed to your home. |

Delivery Timing |
For stock items
despatch will normally take place within 3 days by first or
second class post (or by Special Delivery when this option
is selected). Where items are urgently required,
please mention this on your order.
If an item is not
in stock, you will be advised by email. For items with
logo, please read the delivery/stock information on the
Product page. For
the summer polo shirts delivery will be made to school in
the initial stages and this will be free of charge provided
you place your order within the stated timescale (see
individual product information for the relevant dates). |

Payment |
Payment options are:
credit or debit card, Paypal or cheque. Credit/debit
card payments are processed via Paypal or Nochex. our
current payment providers. You do not need to have an
account with either company to use this service. We can
also take
card details over the telephone - please select the option
"Payment by Telephone". |

SHIRT - Exchange/
Returns |
If you wish to
return or exchange your polo shirt, please print the
following document, complete by hand and return with the
item in question in its original packaging to the School Office. We will contact
you when your replacement is ready for collection.
