Here is a list of uniform available for Valley End School.  For specially approved items and items with logo, please see the "School Specials" section below.  "Additional Items" and "Accessories" compliment the basic uniform and you may also find these of interest.

We are holding open morning from 10am to 12 noon on both Saturday 4/9 and Sunday 5/9 for any parents who wish to collect their completed orders before school starts.  PLEASE NOTE: this is only relevant to parents who have received an email from us to advise that their order is complete.  I am afraid we are unable to accommodate any new orders or exchanges.  Thank you.

Delivery
Cost

Delivery of your order is free provided we deliver to school on our regular visits.  If you find a delivery charge is applied to your order, you may remove it by choosing the "Deliver free to school" option.  If you are ordering during school holidays and require a home delivery, please contact us and this can be arranged specially.

Delivery Arrangements

For stock items we will normally deliver into school at least once a week.  You will receive an email from us advising when your order is ready for collection at school.  If an item is not in stock, you will be advised of this situation by email.

Payment

Payment options are: credit or debit card, Paypal or cheque or cash.  Credit/debit card payments are processed via Paypal or Nochex. our current payment providers.  You do not need to have an account with either company to use this service.  We can also take card details over the telephone - please select the option "Payment by Telephone". 

If you prefer to pay by cheque or cash, you can still place your order online.  Select the option "Cheque or Cash" at the shopping cart and then leave payment in a sealed envelope entitled "Kids-Biz" at school reception.  Please make any cheques payable to Kids-Biz Ltd and mark cheque and envelope with your 4-digit Order ID Number which you will receive with your email order confirmation.

If you prefer, you can send us your order on a printed order form and leave at school - Uniform Order Form

Please leave at the School Office marked for Kids-Biz with a note explaining the reason for your return or exchange.  It would be helpful if you could quote your 4-digit Order ID Number or return with the original paperwork.   

If you would like to order any of our general uniform products, you are welcome to do so.  Carriage will be free (just tick the carriage-free box) and your School will receive a commission on anything you buy.
