Delivery
Cost |
Delivery of your
order is free provided we deliver to school on our regular
visits. If you find a delivery charge is applied to
your order, you may remove it by choosing the "Deliver free
to school" option. If you are ordering during school
holidays and require a home delivery, please contact us and
this can be arranged specially.

Order Confirmation |
Once your order has
been accepted, you will receive an automatic order
confirmation by email. If you do not receive this,
please check the email address which you gave us.
Please also check your Spam folder. If you paid by
card, you will receive an additional email confirmation from
our payment provider (Paypal or Nochex) |

Delivery
Arrangements |
For stock items we
will normally deliver into school at least once a week.
You will receive an email from us advising when your order
is ready for collection at school. If an item is not
in stock, you will be advised of this situation by email. |

Payment |
Payment options are:
credit or debit card, Paypal or cheque or cash. Credit/debit
card payments are processed via Paypal or Nochex. our
current payment providers. You do not need to have an
account with either company to use this service. We can
also take
card details over the telephone - please select the option
"Payment by Telephone".
If you prefer to pay by cheque or cash, you can still place
your order online. Select the option "Cheque or Cash" at the shopping cart and then leave payment in
a sealed envelope entitled "Kids-Biz" at school
reception. Please make any cheques payable to Kids-Biz
Ltd and mark cheque and envelope with your 4-digit Order ID
Number which you will receive with your email order
confirmation. |

Printed Order Form |
If you prefer, you
can send us your order on a printed order form and leave at
school -
Uniform Order Form 2011 |
Returns/
Exchanges |
Please leave at the
School Office marked for Kids-Biz with a note explaining the
reason for your return or exchange. It would be
helpful if you could quote your 4-digit Order ID Number or
return with the original paperwork. |

Other Kids-Biz Products |
If you would like to
order any of our general uniform products, you are welcome
to do so. Carriage will be free (just tick
the carriage-free box) and your School will receive a
commission on anything you buy. |
