This item is available for general sale with our usual delivery arrangements. Where we have a delivery agreement with your school, we will deliver free on our next school delivery. For our local customers, you may pick up from our Click & Collect Store at Lightwater (please await email notification that your order is ready for collection).

This item is normally held in stock and will be despatched within 2/3 days.  For school schemes it will be delivered to school free on our weekly school delivery.

To exchange or return this item, please post securely to Kids-Biz Ltd, 5 Orchard Hill, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6DB.   For local schools, your item can be left at school for our collection, but please notify us of your return via email.  You may also return or exchange via our Lightwater unit (please check website for opening hours (www.kidsbiz.co.uk/collect.asp.)  For any alternative arrangements, please email us on webshop@kids-biz.co.uk
